How Byron works
1. Apply
In order to be considered for a VA you must have a college education and at least 5 years of VA / assistant experience
Answer our intake form to start the application process. If you pass the selection process, we'll reach out via email for the next steps.
2. Hiring Process
Our comprehensive hiring process includes:
Basic application form (applicant selection)
Long-form skills and experience survey (initial screening method)
General administration skills and behavioral test (hard and soft skills assessment)
Zoom call interview (info validation and communications assessment)
Reference/Background Check (info validation)
3. Training & Onboarding
Learn how to pick up projects, handle client communication, and complete common client scenarios. After training we will have you take a quick test to confirm what you learned
4. Start Picking Up Requests
After your training and onboarding, you will be able to start claiming task requests that matches your profile.
