Byron Assistance, Inc. (the "Company," "we", or "us") operates hibyron.com and the associated services (collectively, the "Site") and takes your privacy and security seriously. As such, we provide this Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") to describe the ways in which we collect, store, and use your personally identifiable information ("Personal Information"). You agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and the Site's Terms of Service, which are included herein by reference and available on the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so, and that such entity agrees to, and is hereby bound by the Privacy Policy, and in such a case the term “you” shall mean the entity, its affiliates, parents and subsidiaries.

We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy at any time by updating this document on the Site. After such an update, you will be notified of the change through either email or when logging into the Site. Your continued use the Site after the update will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

1. What Personal Information do we collect?

a. Information you submit to the Site. We may collect Personal Information including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other information needed for account registration or profile completion directly through the site.

b. Information related to Projects. When you submit information to the Company or our agents to undertake or complete Projects (as defined in the Terms of Service), we will collect Personal Information necessary to complete the Projects. This may include Personal Information about your schedule, your business, or anything else you decide to send the Company or our agents. This Personal Information may be collected through the Site, phone, email, or other methods as designated from time to time.

c. Payment Information. We may collect payment information, such as your credit card, to process payments to the Site.

d. Information automatically collected by the Site. The Site may utilize cookies (small text files placed on your computer), heat maps, clear .gifs, log files and other tracking devices to analyze web traffic. Personal Information collected this way may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser or device information, referring website, site usage information, and site exit information. You may be able to limit or disable cookies on your browser, but please note that doing so may limit some of the Site's functionality.

e. Information submitted by third parties. We may collect Personal Information submitted by our agents who you have contacted regarding Projects. We may also collect Personal Information from third parties, as directed by you, to complete Projects.

f. Information you provide through other devices. We may collect information you submit to the Company through email contact forms, other applications, and SMS.

g. Traffic analytics. We may utilize third party service providers, such as Google Analytics, to help us track and analyze they ways in which people use the Site ("Analytics Providers"). These Analytics Providers use cookies to collect information from Site visitors, including how often users visit the Site, what features they use, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Site. We will use this information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In addition, this information is typically limited to your IP address and browser information and does not include your name. You may opt out of Google Analytics without affecting how you visit our Site by visiting http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

2. How do we use your Personal Information?

a. We may utilize your Personal Information in the following ways:

i. To undertake and complete Projects you assign to the Company. This may include sharing your Personal Information with our agents in order to facilitate completion of Projects.

ii. To contact you regarding the status of Projects.

iii. To contact and interact with third parties as directed by you.

iv. To process payment information. In doing so, we may process your credit card transactions through a third-party payment vendor. 

v. To analyze Site usage and optimize the Site for you and other visitors.

vi. To answer your questions, inquiries, and provide you with customer service as requested.

vii. For administrative purposes and to notify you about changes to any of our products or services.

viii. To disclose Personal Information as necessary to comply with legal requirements, requests, or processes, including defending the Company in any lawsuit.

ix. To post user feedback on the Site. This may include testimonials and other information you transmit to us. This information may be shared in our marketing materials, press materials, social media, and in other manners. If we choose to post your first and last name along with your feedback, we will obtain your consent prior to posting you name with your feedback. If you choose to share your experiences via publicly accessible social media, we may also use this feedback on the Site or in various other public mediums. We cannot be responsible for the use, storage or dissemination of such publicly disclosed Personal Information.

3. Additional privacy and security information.

a. We value your safety and security and make it a priority to protect the integrity of your Personal Information. As such, we store all Personal Information on a secure server and use appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial methods to mitigate the risk of breach or loss. However, please note that the transmission of information through the Internet is never completely secure. Therefore, the company cannot guarantee the security and privacy of any information you transmit to us, including your Personal Information, and you do so at your own risk. We shall in no way be responsible for any unauthorized access to, or loss of, your information.

b. You may request access to the Personal Information we have stored for you at any time by contacting us through any of the contact methods on the Site. If you believe any of your Personal Information is incorrect, please contact us promptly so that we may update it. You may also be able to opt out of certain information collection by contacting us through the Site.

c. Pursuant to the Terms of Use, you must 18 years of age or older to use the Site. In addition, we do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. Please contact us if you believe we have any Personal Information about a child under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from a child under 13, we will take prompt steps to delete such Personal Information.

d. The Company and the Site are based in the United States. Although you may be located in another country, when you visit the Site, you consent to have your personal data transferred, processed and stored in the United States. You understand that this may mean the privacy laws of your home jurisdiction do not apply.
