Are projects charged per hour, per minute, or per second?
We bill per minute. We use advanced time tracking tools to ensure accurate billing.
Do you offer dedicated assistants?
Yes! Byron offers both short-term (on demand) and long-term (dedicated) assistants to work with you. You can learn more about both options here.
I only have a couple of projects this month, can I cancel right after they are completed?
Yes, you may cancel at anytime. Byron has no commitments. Your credits will expire after 90 days from the cancelation date.
Do your integrations cost extra?
No. All integrations are included with all plans. Please find a list of integrations here.
Do my credits roll over if I don't use them?
Yes, all unused credits roll over every month. As long as you're on a paid plan.
I have a project that needs to be completed on a rush basis - does that cost extra?
No! Byron specializes in finishing projects quickly because of our platform infrastructure. Let us know when you need it completed and we will get to work.
Are all service categories charged the same?
Yes. All services that we provide are treated as equal.
Can Byron purchase products or services for me?
