Introduction

Business cards have been the standard way for individuals to easily share basic information with someone in a quick and simple way. In our digital world however, business cards can be a hassle to keep track of when you need to quickly access names and contact information. With the help of Byron Structured tasks, we can make the process of digitizing and organizing your business cards as simple as uploading an image. By following these simple steps, we can pull the data you specify from these business cards and push this data into thousands of different tools or services that you use on a normal basis. Here is how you can get started integrating Byron into your workflow.

Step 1: Setup Assistant Instructions

Step 2: Setup Response Fields You Want Back From Byron

Add fields and description on how you want your task completed. Below is an example of how you would set up the fields and instructions.

FIELD NAME

First Name
Last Name
Title

ASSISTANT FIELD DESCRIPTION

Please list the person's first name.

Please list the person's last name.

Please list the person's title.

Company

Please list the person's company name.

Address

Please list the address on the image.

Phone

Please list the person's phone number.

Step 3: Add Data/Tasks

There are two ways that you can send new data/tasks to your Structured Project. You can either upload a CSV file of your variables that you set in Step 1, or you can fire off tasks via Zapier. Below are some popular Zapier integrations that align with this blueprint example.
